ANCIENT CARVINGS

.

Ancient carvings at Spirit Mesa.

They are about 150 feet

from the ‘shaman site.’

The next time I saw a park ranger after seeing this, I asked her why the carvings and other ancient likenesses of  UFOs which are scattered over southwestern USA were never talked about. She said that it was because the Amerindians were a big help with antiquities and they didn’t want the UFO matter discussed.

I don’t know whether all these figures were carved in the same time period.

Photos 1 and 1b:

Map. My drawings do not follow the lines.

They only serve to show placement of the figures and of some of the writing.

The three deeply carved faces are in left foreground. The gallon jug is to show size.

Photo 2:

The man has one nostril plugged with caliche.

The Gypsy reported that a geologist, upon viewing the stone dug from under a high desert bush, said that the caliche dated it to at least 35,000 years old because the rock had been covered by caliche and uncovered again.

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE STORY

I am assuming that that would apply to this also.

Photo 3:

From the man’s right jawbone there issue carved lines which remind one of the flowing scarves worn by early pilots.

It occurs to me that the lines could be seen as going to the medulla chakra.

The marks to his left could be fingers of a hand.

Above and to the right are marks which look like a star.

Is it a star to which a hand is pointing ?

Or is the “hand” simply corn or other grain ?

Photo 4:

Issuing from the bottom of this figure are some whitish lines going almost straight down – vandalism.

Someone tried to cut into the caliche.

In both upper corners is something which I assume is writing.

Photo 5 :

A close-up of the figure in photo 4 showing more clearly the caliche which dates it to 35,000 years or older, according to assumptions about photo 2.

A vandal has cut the caliche out in places, but caliche can still be seen down in some of the carved lines.

Photo 6 :

Shows the man, including legs, and shows the figure to the man’s left.

It also shows, fairly well, where caliche has come off and where it still sticks.

I don’t have a better figure of the man’s body — and it’s indistinct even with naked eye.

There is what appears to be a right arm, it’s a series of lines going downward, barely barely seen.

Photos 7 to 9 :

These photos show the deeply carved faces, one with torso.

One of them has lines for hair.

There is a gallon jug to show size.

Photo 10 :

This photo shows the ledge with the bulk of the writing.

The man’s eyes can be see to the left of the writing and in a straight line with it.

Our son-in-law was determined to lift the fallen rock to see what else might be found, but we left them as they were.
