THE GOOD … From My Series, SPIRIT MESA: THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY (PHOTOS)

.

Taken at home at spirit mesa..

Among the strange experiences we had at this remote high desert site were odors, mostly of such things as grain parching or of parched grain stew, which reminded us of the Chaco people who had abandoned the area, leaving it uninhabited for 700 or 800 years.
.
But one day I smelled roses.  We were not growing roses.  There were no roses in the house.  A walk around the house gave no sign of anything to account for the welcome odor.
.

It occurred to me to phone The Gypsy, who said that she had called on Kuan Yin to come and protect us in that strongly energetic area and that the odor of roses was sometimes detected with her presence.  Was this Kuan Yin?  One of our own spirit guardians?  Or — simply a bizarre reflection of light?
